Ordering Online
Can I place an order to be delivered to the school/group?
It is up to the school whether or not they offer online orders to be shipped to the school. Once you get to the check out page, you’ll see two shipping options if the school is offering the ship-to-school option!
Can I order online items on the paper order form?
All of the online product is inventory controlled, meaning that when something is out of stock it will be removed automatically from the website. Between the start of the fundraiser and when we ship orders the item that might have been available online may no longer in stock. We monitor catalog product inventory closely to ensure that all items on the paper order form can be fulfilled without issue. This means that if you order products from your catalog on the paper order form, we will make sure we have enough inventory to fulfill. However, if you were to select an online only item and put it on the paper order form, we could not guarantee its availability. Putting an online only item on your form would result in the product not being shipped and the student not receiving a prize credit, so for this reason, we do not give out the item codes for products that are not in your catalog.
How much do you charge for shipping?
For orders shipped to home we charge flat rate shipping based on order total:
$0-$10 $9.99
$10.01-$20 $10.99
$20.01-$30 $11.99
$30.01-$40 $12.99

Will orders be split between multiple students?
If all participating students are added on the same dashboard, the system is designed to split the credits evenly between both. For example, if both children from one family are participating in the fundraiser, as long as both are added to the same Parent/Student Dashboard, all orders will be split between them. When a shopper uses either of the student codes/links, and purchases an even amount of items such as 4 items, it will give each student 2 prize credits. If a shopper orders an odd number of things, such as 5 items, the student with the least amount of credits will get the additional credit. NOTE: If a shopper is supporting multiple students from different schools, or running different fundraisers, multiple orders will need to be placed.
When does a school or group's online shop close down?
The online shop remains open for a few extra days past the end date. Once the timer you see on the group's shopping page reaches 0, it will change to ‘Last Chance’ until the store is closed. If you are still able to access the school's shopping page, you can still show and the student and the school will get credit for your order!
If I order a magazine through ShopFund.com, how does that work?
When a magazine is purchased through ShopFund.com, your magazine order will ship to the shipping address on the order you place. Magazine orders are sent directly to the magazine fulfillment company and will start shipping within 8-12 weeks!

How do I find my Student Code?
The student code is provided once you register for your fundraiser on ShopFund.com. This makes for simple sharing to friends and family that want to shop online to support the student. If a supporter doesn't have a student code, that's okay too! They can click "I don't have a student code" and it will ask them to enter the State and School name, as well as the Student's Name. If ordering on a paper order form, there is no code needed. Whether a student code is supplied on an order form or not, we combine all orders placed on behalf of the student online with their paper order form at the end of the sale!
Why are orders not showing up under my seller’s Dashboard?
There are a few different reasons this could happen. When an order is placed using a student code or a link, it will link and show up on the dashboard right away! If the customer manually enters the information for the student, it is possible there was typo or the student’s name was spelled differently than it shows on your dashboard. In some cases, there may be more than one Parent Dashboard registered to the student. If more than one Parent Dashboard is created for a student, the system will link the order to only the Dashboard where the share link or student code lives. Our customer service team can move orders to the correct account but encourage parents to use a singular dashboard to avoid issues of orders not showing up correctly!

I shared from my Parent & Student Dashboard but don't see credit for the Register. Share. Win. Game, why not?
Our Register. Share. Win. game gives 1 ticket per share clicked. When you share your fundraiser, you are taken off of our page to the site or service you selected – for instance you are taken to Facebook, or your email server – which our system does not track. Our system only tracks when the share is clicked by one of your supporters! Each share clicked gives you another ticket in the Register. Share. Win. game!
